No third-party administrators are used.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat Is Not Covered\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis warranty does not cover failures resulting from, or related to:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eOil and\/or coolant contamination. If internal contamination is discovered upon inspection, coverage is void.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eTampering. Removing the distributor cap or altering the unit in any way voids all warranty coverage.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003ePhysical abuse or damage, including impact, crushing, fire, or immersion.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eImproper installation, including misalignment, incorrect timing, overtightening, or use of incompatible components.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eNeglect or misuse, including operating the vehicle with known oil or coolant leaks or unresolved drivability issues.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWarranty Claim Process\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eCustomers must contact Throwback Automotive\u003c\/strong\u003e before sending in any units for warranty evaluation.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the unit.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eThe complete assembly must be returned, including the electrical harness and vacuum harness originally installed by Throwback Automotive.\u003c\/strong\u003e Incomplete returns are not eligible for warranty evaluation.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eUpon receipt, the unit will be inspected to determine eligibility.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIf the returned unit meets the coverage criteria, Throwback Automotive will repair or replace the unit at no additional charge.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWarranty claims are typically processed within one to two business days. We maintain stock of critical replacement components to minimize delays and will communicate promptly if any issues arise.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eAdditional Terms\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThis limited warranty covers only one (1) rebuild or replacement.
