Important: Every Optispark distributor is bench tested prior to shipping. If issues occur, they are almost always vehicle- or installation-related. Please contact us for assistance before requesting a return.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. Once shipped, we cannot modify or reroute packages; changes must be requested directly with the carrier.

Shipping

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

USPS is offered only as a low-cost alternative to UPS or DHL and carries a higher risk of delays, losses, or damages. By selecting USPS, you assume full responsibility for those risks. 

Warranty & Returns

No returns without prior authorization. Restocking fees, exclusions, and full terms are outlined in our Warranty and Returns Policy.

Product Use & Compatibility

Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. Contact us with questions prior to ordering.

Payment & Verification

Some orders may require verification using the four-digit code displayed after “THROWBACK AUTO” on your bank or credit card statement. We may email you for confirmation, and a prompt reply is required to avoid delays. Please provide a valid email address at checkout.

Sales Tax

Throwback Automotive collects sales tax in accordance with state and local laws. As we are located in Scottsboro, Alabama, sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses within Alabama.

Limitation of Liability

Throwback Automotive is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including labor, towing, loss of vehicle use, or other costs related to the installation or use of our products.
