We primarily ship using UPS and DHL, as these carriers consistently provide reliable tracking, dependable delivery windows, and stronger support for lost or damaged package claims.
USPS Shipping Option
We do offer USPS shipping. However, please note the following important limitations:
- USPS delivery times are not guaranteed, even for Priority or expedited services.
- Delays, missed scans, and extended transit times are common and are outside of our control.
- Tracking updates may be inconsistent or incomplete compared to UPS or DHL.
By selecting USPS, the customer acknowledges these risks and understands that Throwback Automotive cannot guarantee delivery dates or intervene beyond providing tracking information.
Standard and Expedited Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through available carriers. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and performance are the responsibility of that carrier. Expedited shipping refers to carrier transit speed only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Lost or Delayed Packages
In the event of a lost or significantly delayed package:
- The carrier is the primary party responsible for investigation and resolution.
- We are happy to provide tracking details and basic assistance, but claims, delivery disputes, or address-related issues may require action by the recipient.
- USPS claims and investigations, in particular, can be slow and may not result in reimbursement.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Please monitor the tracking directly with the carrier for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery status.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Transit times for international shipments can vary due to customs processing and local carrier handling.
