This modified LS engine water pump is designed for swap applications where space is limited between the heater hose fittings and surrounding components, such as upper control arms, frame rails, or other nearby parts.
It is commonly used in LS conversions for classic GM vehicles, including 1963–1996 Corvettes.
New 90-Degree Fittings for Maximum Clearance
After additional R&D, we designed compact 90-degree heater hose fittings to provide maximum clearance in tight LS swap applications.
The factory heater hose tubes are removed and replaced with 6061 aluminum press-fit fittings. Each fitting is installed with high-temperature thread sealant, and every modified water pump is placed on a test bench where 25 PSI is introduced to check for leaks before shipping.
