5/8" and 3/4" 6061 Aluminum 90-Degree Press-Fit Heater Hose Fittings for LS Water Pumps

These 6061 aluminum 90-degree press-fit fittings are designed for LS1, LS2, and LS3 water pumps after removal of the original 5/8" and 3/4" heater hose push-in fittings.

These fittings improve clearance in tight LS swap applications where the factory heater hose tubes may interfere with surrounding components, such as upper control arms, frame rails, or other nearby parts.

Sold as a pair: one 5/8" fitting and one 3/4" fitting.

Important Installation Notice

These fittings are intended for experienced builders, fabricators, and installers only.

Installation requires:

• Removal of the factory heater hose tubes
• Proper reaming of the water pump housing
• Careful installation of the press-fit fittings
• Application of an appropriate high-temperature sealant
• Pressure or flow testing after installation to confirm a leak-free fit

Improper installation may result in leaks, poor fitment, or permanent damage to the water pump.

Warranty & Return Policy

Fittings sold separately are not returnable once installation has been attempted.

Because installation is performed by the customer, Throwback Automotive cannot warranty customer-installed fittings or customer-modified water pumps.
